A cleanout is a different job from a pickup. A property has to be emptied, often on a deadline, and often while somebody is dealing with something harder than the junk.
We handle the whole range across the Birmingham metro: estates after a death, houses left after an eviction or foreclosure, storage units no longer worth the fee, garages and basements that filled over decades, and hoarding situations that need patience.
The crew brings the truck, labor, and sorting. You decide what stays. Everything else leaves, and what can be donated or recycled is separated.

Agree what stays
Mark or tell us what is being kept. On estate and hoarding jobs we go slower and check before anything ambiguous leaves.
We empty it
The crew clears room by room and loads as they go, protecting floors and doorframes.
Sorted, then swept
Donatable and recyclable material is separated out. The property is left broom-clean for a sale, listing, or new tenant.
