Property Cleanouts
When the whole place has to be emptied, not just a few items.
About Property Cleanouts
A cleanout is a different job from a pickup. Nobody is pointing at three things in the garage. A property has to be emptied, often on a deadline, and often while somebody is dealing with something harder than the junk.
We handle the whole range across the Birmingham metro: estates after a death, houses left behind after an eviction or foreclosure, storage units that stopped being worth the monthly fee, garages and basements that filled up over decades, and hoarding situations that need patience rather than a stopwatch.
The crew brings the truck, the labor, and the sorting. You decide what stays. Everything else leaves, and what can be donated or recycled gets separated rather than buried.

Not sure it qualifies?
Call and describe it. If it fits in the truck and it is legal to haul, it goes. Hazardous materials are the short list we cannot take.
Call (205) 617-4141How property cleanouts works
Four steps from the first call to a swept-clean space, with the price agreed before anything is lifted.
Walk us through the property
Tell us the size, the access, and the deadline. On a bigger cleanout we would rather see it than guess, and looking costs you nothing.
Agree what stays
Mark or tell us what is being kept. On estate and hoarding jobs we go slower and check before anything ambiguous leaves the property.
We empty it
The crew clears room by room and loads as they go. Floors and doorframes get protected on the way out.
Sorted, then swept
Donatable and recyclable material is separated out. The property is left broom-clean and ready for the next step, whether that is a sale, a listing, or a new tenant.
What you get
on the day
Every one of these is checkable before you book, and none of it depends on taking our word for it.
Priced by volume, not by drama
You pay for the space the load takes in our truck. You hear the firm price before we start, and that's what you pay.
Sensitive jobs handled quietly
Estate and hoarding cleanouts are rarely just logistics. The crew works without commentary and without an audience.
Deadlines respected
Closings, listings, and turnovers do not move. Tell us the date and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
One crew, start to finish
The same team that starts the property finishes it. Nobody has to be re-briefed halfway through.

Priced by truck space, not by the hour
The crew looks at the actual load, gives you one firm number, and you approve it before the first item is lifted. Access and any dismantling are already in that number rather than added at the end.
