Common jobs
in Mountain Brook
The three calls that come in most often from Mountain Brook. If yours is not one of them, it is still one call. Describe it and we will price it.
Downsizing a large home to a smaller residence?
Bedroom and dining sets, sofas, and vintage furniture are cleared with care.
Estate settlement or managing a parent's home?
We manage the whole estate cleanout with discretion, so it does not sit on your shoulders.
Preparing a home to list?
Garages, basements, and storage areas are cleared so the home shows its best.
Handled from start to finish
Once you book a window, the crew walks the property and gives one firm price at the curb. You approve first. Quality pieces go to donation where possible.
Getting a home ready to list
We clear garages, basements, and storage areas before a sale. Tell us which rooms need to go and where the truck can reach, and we plan the load around that.
How a Mountain Brook job runs
From a single item pickup to a full property cleanout, the same three steps every time.
We Size the Job on the Phone
Call and describe the pile, where it sits and how we reach it. That conversation is also where we explain how volume pricing works, so you know how the number is worked out before the crew arrives.
A Firm Price Before Anything Moves
The crew arrives inside your window, looks at the actual load and gives you one price based on how much truck space it fills. You approve it before the first item is lifted.
We Load, Then We Sweep
The crew handles the carry, the stairs and the loading, and sweeps the space before we pull away. Not on site? We send confirmation photos of the cleared space when we finish.
