We load out completely
Our crew arrives at the storage facility, loads everything into our trucks, and clears the unit entirely. Most jobs take 1-3 hours depending on size.
Bill is paid, unit is done

Flat rate by load estimate
We don't charge by the hour or the item. Price is based on truckload volume. A 10x10 unit typically runs 1/2 to 1 full truckload.
Handles donation and recycling
Items in good condition go to local donation centers when possible. Metals and electronics are recycled where accepted. Everything else is disposed of properly. We manage the logistics.
Works with facility managers
Many storage facilities call us regularly. We're familiar with access procedures and can coordinate with management if needed.
Move-out ready on day one
Complete emptying and cleanup included. Your unit is ready to turn in immediately after we finish.
Priced by truck space, not by the hour
