20-Yard Dumpster Rental
For the job that outgrew a pickup truck weeks ago.
About 20-Yard Dumpster Rental
The 20-yard is our larger roll-off, and it is the one to ask for when the work has real volume behind it. A house being emptied. A roof coming off. A remodel that touches more than one room.
The extra capacity is worth more than it looks. The cost that hurts on a big job is not the container, it is discovering halfway through that you need a second one and losing a day waiting on the swap.
It still lands on a normal driveway. Tell us about the approach when you book, and we will confirm on the call whether the site takes it or whether two smaller drops make more sense.
- Whole-house and estate cleanouts
- Roof tear-off material
- Multi-room and full-home remodels
- Large volumes of construction debris
- Commercial and office clear-outs
- Deck, shed, and fence teardown material
- Bulk furniture and appliances
- Storage unit and property cleanouts
Not sure it qualifies?
Call and describe it. If it fits in the truck and it is legal to haul, it goes. Hazardous materials are the short list we cannot take.
Call (205) 617-4141How 20-yard dumpster rental works
Four steps from the first call to a swept-clean space, with the price agreed before anything is lifted.
Walk us through the scope
Square footage, how many rooms, what kind of material. We will confirm whether the 20 covers it in one drop or whether the job wants a swap partway through.
We check the placement
A longer container needs a longer run to set down. We talk through the driveway, the street, and the overhead clearance before the truck rolls, not when it arrives.
Fill it as the work goes
On a demo or remodel the container is the work surface. Keep the load level with the top rail so it can leave legally when you are done.
Swap it or pull it
If you fill it faster than expected, one call gets an empty one in its place. Otherwise we pull it and sort the load at the right facility.
What you get
on the day
Every one of these is checkable before you book, and none of it depends on taking our word for it.
One drop instead of two
On a whole-house cleanout the second container is the expensive surprise. Sizing up front usually avoids it.
Swap-outs when the job runs long
Demo work does not always keep to plan. If you need an empty container mid-job, call and we will turn it around.
Heavy material handled properly
Concrete, roofing, and dense debris have weight limits and their own disposal routes. We will tell you on the phone if your load needs a different approach.
Full-service is always an option
Renting the container means you load it. If the point was to not do that, our crew clears the property instead and hauls everything out for you.

Priced by truck space, not by the hour
The crew looks at the actual load, gives you one firm number, and you approve it before the first item is lifted. Access and any dismantling are already in that number rather than added at the end.
